Tools on My Wish List: Because You Can Never Have Too Many (Even If You Already Do)

Introduction:

Let’s be honest—there’s always room for one more tool. Even if I’ve got four sawhorses, two caulking guns, and an air compressor, that doesn’t stop me from eyeing the next upgrade. It’s not about need; it’s about convenience, efficiency, and let’s face it—just how cool some of these new tools are.

Here are a few tools sitting on my wish list right now. If you’re a fellow tool junkie, you might just add them to yours too.

1. Bora Centipede Work Table and Sawhorses

I already have four pairs of sawhorses, do I really need this? Probably not. Do I want it? Absolutely. Watch the video and you to will understand why.

The Bora Centipede collapses down flat, sets up in seconds, and gives you a solid, stable workspace wherever you need it. Perfect for tight spaces, job sites, or when you just don’t feel like dragging out the usual setup. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of portable workbenches.

2. Makita Cordless Caulking Gun

I’ve got at least two trusty caulking guns already, but this Makita cordless caulking gun? It’s calling my name. Why squeeze and strain when a tool can do the work for you—especially on bigger jobs where hand fatigue becomes real. Plus, it’s Makita, and if you know me, you know I’m a big fan of their cordless lineup.

3. Makita Cordless Tire Inflator

There’s nothing worse than realizing your tires are low on air, especially when you’re in a hurry. Sure, I’ve got a compressor, but who wants to drag that out and find an outlet every time? And stopping at a gas station? Forget it. This Makita cordless tire inflator is pure convenience. It’s compact, powerful, and fits right into my Makita ecosystem. Throw it in the truck, and you’re ready to top off tires, sports equipment, or even inflatable tools on the go.

4. Labor-Saving Arm Jack Set (Two-Pack Furniture Lifter)

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097K7JG56/?tag=Diybyrichard-20

Ever wish you had an extra pair of hands on the job site—or even just around the house? The labor-saving arm jack set is basically that. This little powerhouse lets you lift, hold, and adjust heavy objects like cabinets, doors, and even furniture with precision and ease. It’s like having a mini jack that saves your back (and your patience). Perfect for solo jobs or when you don’t want to bug someone to “hold this real quick.” Then slide a dolly under it and you are good to go.

 5. This one i have, a laser level. It makes so many projects easier and perfect. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B87DK7T3/?tag=Diybyrichard-20

Final Thoughts

The thing about tools is that it’s not always about replacing the old ones—it’s about upgrading, finding more efficient ways to get the job done, and yes, sometimes just adding to the collection because it makes life easier.

What’s on your tool wish list right now? Let me know—I might need to add a few more things to mine.
